After the intensive battle between the arancar, ichigo and the band of shinigami suffered from heavy injuries. Everyone felt that their skills are still far compared to the arancar. In journey to the real world, Innoue was intercepted by Ulquirra.


Aizen quest is to obtain Innoue because of her unique abilities and for an unknown reason. She was given a bracelet to wear where people from the real world cant see her physically only can be seen by the arancar only. Ulquirra warned innoue only to say goodbye to one person only.

In this episode Innoue finally admit that she’s in love with ichigo. Flashing back all the memories they have been through she realize how deep her love for ichigo.
